Terms of Service By booking services with Sunrise Christmas Lights, you (“customer,” “client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they outline the responsibilities of both parties.
1. Services Provided
We provide custom holiday lighting and décor services, which may include roofline, ridge, and window outlines; stake lights; garage outlines; bushes; oak trees and crepe myrtles; and wreaths, garlands, and other holiday décor. Our service includes professional installation, in-season maintenance, takedown, and optional storage. All services are tailored to your home’s specifications and design preferences.2. Estimates and Payments
- Quotes are based on information provided at booking and may vary with home size, roofline complexity, or add-on requests.
- A deposit may be required to secure your installation date.
- Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit/debit cards; alternative methods may be approved by management.
- Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services and additional collection costs.
3. Scheduling and Access
- Installations are scheduled first-come, first-served; weather may cause delays.
- You agree to provide clear access to gates, driveways, and electrical outlets.
- We will notify you promptly of any schedule changes.
4. Equipment and Materials
- All lighting and décor provided by Sunrise Christmas Lights remain our property unless otherwise stated.
- Lights are leased for the season; do not modify, move, or tamper with installed equipment.
- Customer-caused damage may incur repair or replacement charges.
5. Maintenance and Repairs
- We guarantee your display will remain functional throughout the season.
- If an issue arises, contact us; we’ll service it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Damage from severe weather or power surges may require billable repairs.
6. Takedown and Storage
- Standard service includes takedown after the holiday season (typically January).
- Dates are scheduled in advance and may shift due to weather.
- Optional storage is available for returning customers to secure preferred scheduling.
7. Liability and Safety
- Our team is trained and insured for safe installation.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to roofs, gutters, shingles, or electrical outlets.
- You are responsible for ensuring power supply meets safety standards.
- We are not liable for injuries due to tampering, neglect, or unauthorized use of equipment.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations > 14 days before installation: deposit fully refundable.
- Cancellations ≤ 14 days: deposit may be forfeited to cover scheduling/prep costs.
- No refunds after installation is completed.
